The Story Behinds The Song - Yoseob - Caffeine MV

Hi„ this is actually my very first time reviewing an mv..

im not an expert whatsoever, so, keep that in mind, i might sound bias....and that was true... ^..^ But anyway, this is just my 2 cents ^^

the clip opened with Yoseob drinking a cup of coffee alone in his room while thinking about the good memories with his past gf.

he’s thinking deeper deeper why he kept thinking about her, and he realized,  she’s like a caffeine, it’s bad for your body, but it’s addicting and you always ask for more.

next scene, so actually he knew that the girl’s cheating on him, -and she’s cheating with JUNHYUNG!! hahaha and later the girl asked for a break up. Yoseob actually asked her to stay, but the girl went away.

and here comes the favorite part!!!

The girl came to him giving Yoseob a box, alas, it’s actually his heart, the heart that Yoseob gave her, meaning, she’s a part of his soul, the one he really was in love with, but she betrayed him,

“I would be hating you like this

But when I look back at the times we spent together

I can’t help but to smile

In a way, I might be not wanting to forget”

and this is my favorite part of the entire mv-beside the dance part- Yoseob opened the box, and he actually put it back to where it belongs, as to his heart,-awwwwwww…. cant help not to scream at this part, genius!- and the lyrics were like this

“My heart continues to beat and then suddenly end up hating you”

DAMNNN that’s awesome!

and the awesomeness hasnt stopped that way, the next scene you can see he burned everything, every single memories which belongs to his ex, the book, the luggage.. he threw the lighter, everything fumed, but u can see, Yoseob’s on fire too.. Do you remember the heart that he put back to its place? yes, inside the heart, she’s still there. so Yoseob is actually a part of the memories too, that’s why he also burned along with his ex’s belongings…

“Like caffeine, when I try to keep my distance

Even when I try to forget, how could I? I can’t do anything”

Seee, this mv is full of art.. so artsy and it hurts…

Love every single sets, every single detail of the props, and loving Yoseob’s suits… Anyone knows the id for the pearl one? it’s just too cool! *0*

oh, i have to talk about the dance too!! Haw said he had a hard time thinking on how a choreo can go along with a ballad song.. And wow, Haw, u genius dancer u!!! hands down!! i really love the sleek moves, it goes so freakkin well with the music!! I love how the dancers have a cover thingy, those dancers look like Yoseob’s shadows… hahaha so cool!!!

Junhyung, all the feels when i saw you there in the mv… goshhh.. hahahah…

about the acting.. it’s just cute, hahah… Yoseob is just too cute to be a mean boyfriend, and while he’s breaking up, it looks like a little brother fought with his older sister coz she’s taking a luggage of sheep toys inside.. kekek.. i was just joking.. ^^.

overall.. so in love with this mv so much..
